Every few months a studio dusts off the “mystical temple, big cat, incense and jade” aesthetic, and my heart sinks a little because I’ve seen it a hundred times. So I went into Tiger Shrine expecting a shrug. What kept me at the table isn’t the theme — it’s that Relax Gaming did the smart thing and let you pick which kind of bonus you want to gamble on. That single choice drags this from forgettable to genuinely worth a spin, even if the base game is as sleepy as the tiger on the artwork.

Theme & presentation

It’s a temple. There’s a tiger. What I’ll caution: you’re picking a lane and living with the variance of that lane. Multiplier Upgrade is the spicy one; Reel Expansion is the steadier build. None of them is a guaranteed anything — a flat bonus with no coins landing well is a very real and very deflating outcome.
